(the \u201cCompany\u201d) is taking steps to strengthen its corporate governance through such means as ensuring the transparency and soundness of the Company\u2019s management and improving its internal control systems.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"range range-50 range-sm-center\">\n<div class=\"cell-lg-10\">\n<h3 class=\"text-center\">\n            CORPORATE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM<span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Board of Directors is responsible for decision-making regarding the Company\u2019s material business execution and supervises individual Directors in order to achieve sustainable growth and improve corporate value over the medium to long term.<br \/>\n<!--\nTo strengthen the supervisory function of the Board of Directors, one of the five Directors is from outside the Company.\n\nIn addition, the Company has established an Audit &amp; Supervisory Board in order to conduct appropriate audits of the execution of duties by the Directors.
